Japanese streetwear powerhouse Bape is known for its innovative camouflage prints.

This week the label dropped a new version of its China Jacket, featuring the popular camouflage print along with a collaboration with Dr Martin, which saw the iconic 1460 boot given the 1st camo treatment.

Labelled the 1ST CAMO Brocade China Jacket, the classic oriental silhouette has been revamped for the Chinese New Year.

The jacket features the standing collar and knot button closures with a lining in matching olive.

The jacket is due for release at select BAPE retailers and BAPE’s online store on Saturday, January 25. Check out the photos from the lookbook here:

Released soon after, Bape announced a collaboration with legendary boot maker Dr Martin to celebrate the 60th anniversary of its iconic 1460 boot applying BAPE;s 1st Camo pattern to striking effect. The popular print fills the majority of the premium leather upper with branding in the form of the BAPESTA logo on the midsection and a yellow BAPE head on the heel loop. The fourth collaboration for the two brands, design inspiration came from BAPE's STA™ sneaker, first released 20 years ago.
